In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except liquid smoke.  Put a small amount of olive oil in skillet, put mixture in skillet and cook until ground beef is done.  Add liquid smoke half way through the cooking process. 

Serve with your favorite vegetables like mashed potatoes.
